Goodyear announce six month sponsorship on top radio station, Dublin’s 98FM

Dublin, 4th April 2016: Goodyear is pleased to announce a partnership with top radio station, Dublin’s 98FM. Through a comprehensive package of sponsored weather reports, spot advertising campaigns, outside broadcasts, on air and online competitions, the Goodyear brand will be intensively promoted by the station.

Dublin’s 98FM is the longest established commercial Dublin radio station with over 200,000 weekly listeners. Not only do they excel on air but they have very active digital platforms too with almost 340,000 unique visitors to their website every month and over 500,000 combined reach across social media channels.

Goodyear’s sponsorship of the weather reports on the popular channel is set to reinforce brand awareness for the premium tyre manufacturer amongst a key target audience of Dublin’s 98FM listeners. It also aims to re-ignite the positive heritage and interest in Goodyear within the Irish market.

98FM’s award-winning news desk provides Dubliners with the most up-to-date weather service in the Dublin radio market. Airing all day, every day, the weather reports follow News and Sports bulletins and Goodyear will be receive 600 mentions per month on the channel.
