Promotion Terms & Conditions

1.      The “Goodyear A Night Away for Two” (the “Promotion”) is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over except employees of Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd (the “Promoter”) and its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.

2.      The promotion is only and exclusively available at Approved Participating Retailers within the HiQ Franchise Network only during the qualifying promotional period (11th April 2022 until 30th June 2022).

3.      There is a purchase requirement. The offer is open to retail customers who purchase qualifying Goodyear tyres (two or more Goodyear car, van, 4x4 or SUV tyres for a single vehicle).

4.      The offer excludes company vehicle drivers (Fleet), businesses, organisations and institutions.

5.      By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.

6.      By participating in this Promotion, the claimant is required to submit information on their claim on the online claim form of the Goodyear rewards portal https://goodyearrewards.co.uk/ using the claim code ‘GYSpring22’ and upload a clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph) from the HiQ Centre to a third-party agency (The Marketing Lounge Partnership).

7.      The uploaded invoice must clearly show the full invoice including but not limited to; Invoice header (showing clearly the HiQ Centre), the specific Goodyear tyres purchased and the date of purchase plus the invoice number. Quotation paperwork is not accepted. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records in the event of a query.

8.      The information submitted will be checked and verified by The Marketing Lounge Partnership to confirm that the submission is compliant with the terms of the promotion.

9.      Invoices from participating HiQ Franchise Centres must be submitted by claimants and dated within the qualifying promotion period.

10.   This promotion will run from 11th April to 30th June 2022 inclusive and is deemed to be the qualifying promotional period for the promotion for participating approved retailers.

11.   The Goodyear tyres purchased must be fitted at a HiQ Centre between 11th April and 30th June 2022.

12.   The Promotion will reward a hotel stay for two for Goodyear tyre purchases of 2 or more Goodyear tyres

13.   Strictly only one claim per vehicle is permitted in the promotional period.

14.   Rewards will be issued to claimants within 28 days of the validation of the claim (not the date of the HiQ Centre invoice) https://goodyearrewards.co.uk/ against the terms and conditions of the promotion.

15.   Providing the claim is successful, the reward(s) will be posted to the recipient.

16.   The claimant must submit their claim via https://goodyearrewards.co.uk/ by the 31st July 2022. Claims submitted after this date will not be accepted.

17.   No liability can be accepted for gift rewards not received due to incorrect postal address information provided.

18.   Please check junk and spam filters for email confirmations regarding your claim.

19.   Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer.

20.   Incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted.

21.   The Promoter reserves the right to discard illegible receipts.

22.   The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate.

23.   The Promoter’s decision is final.

24.   The gifts are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

25.   The gifts are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative gift of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

26.   The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this at any time during the promotional period without prior notice.

Gift Terms and Conditions:

  1. This offer entitles customers to stay for one night, on a room only basis free of charge with no obligation to purchase meals or beverages.
  2. This offer can only be redeemed by the eligible customer this gift was issued to and cannot be transferred, gifted or sold.
  3. Please refer to your directory and/or accompanying letter for details of when you need to book and take your break by.
  4. The free one night stay offer can only be redeemed against the cost of accommodation at participating hotels.
  5. Reservations can only be made between one and fourteen days inclusive in advance of the first night's stay.
  6. Bookings can only be made through MLP's central reservations number. Any booking or enquiries made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.
  7. The offer is based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room. Room upgrades (e.g. to a family room) to include additional guests are chargeable and are to be paid for at the time of booking.
  8. Children are subject to the individual hotel's normal children rates and reservations. Children may not utilise the offer.
  9. All stays are subject to the hotel's availability for the offer. This availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings.
  10. This offer does not apply to reservations that include public or bank holiday periods in the UK and Ireland, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods. Availability may be limited during other key periods e.g. Mother's Day and school holidays.
  11. The offer applies to bookings made in advance and does not apply to guests altering a visit after a booking is made.
  12. Meals and beverages are not included in the offer. Any payment for meals and beverages will need to be settled with the hotel at the time of purchase or when checking out of the hotel.
  13. A charge will apply for room upgrades/special facilities (sea/lake view/four poster beds) or any other such supplements e.g. pet supplements.
  14. Any extra nights' accommodation or room upgrades are chargeable and are to be paid at the time of booking. Bookings are made on a non-transferable basis; rooms are pre-paid for and reserved prior to arrival in accordance with the original booking.
  15. If a booking is cancelled your unique booking number will become void and no monies will be refunded. Any payments made for room upgrades, or meals for the length of your stay will not be refunded.
  16. If booking more than one night's accommodation up to 100% of any additional nights will be charged. Any changes to your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
  17. Prices for any extra nights, room upgrades and meals are valid at date of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  18. A maximum of one unique booking number can be used on a single booking. Separate bookings, which are believed to be part of the same party, may not combine their unique booking numbers to create a consecutive night stay.
  19. Only one unique booking number can be used per stay.
  20. Hotels featured and all information is correct at time of this offer going live but may be liable to change.
  21. Each hotel has confirmed its willingness to participate in this promotion. The Promoter or any associated partner cannot be held responsible for any hotel subsequently declining acceptance of a booking using the offer.
  22. The terms and conditions of each hotel apply.
  23. Cost of travel to the hotel and the cost of any travel or holiday insurance associated with the use of the 'one night free offer' is excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer.
  24. The Promoter and any associated partner shall not be liable for any failure or breach by individual hotels and accept no responsibility for any loss suffered by any participant of the promotion.
  25. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discount schemes or cards generated by either the participating hotels or MLP.
  26. No cash alternatives will be offered.
  27. The promoter or any associated partner accepts no liability for loss caused, damage to property or personal injury whilst on the premises of individual hotels, whether caused by the acts or omission of any third party.
