Performance Management Program
Transparent performance evaluation
In order to deliver effectively, every associate needs to know exactly what is expected of them. The Performance Management Program (PMP) is a classic management tool that simplifies the definition of goals and makes the yearly performance evaluation transparent.
 
Transparent targets guarantee objectivity 
 
Associates and supervisors meet at the start of each fiscal year and set targets for the development of the associates’ skills and knowledge. This way, both clearly understand what is expected of them. A second meeting midway through the year supports the associate and reviews progress towards targets.  At the end of the year the associate and supervisor meet once again and assess to what extent the agreed objectives have been met.
