4. The Customer is entitled to one £20 fuel voucher when purchasing 2 qualifying Goodyear branded Summer tyres; one £40 fuel voucher when
purchasing 4 qualifying Goodyear branded Summer Tyres; one £20 fuel voucher when purchasing 2 qualifying Goodyear branded Winter tyres; one
£40 fuel voucher when purchasing 4 qualifying Goodyear branded Winter tyres. Voucher redeemable only in Tesco’s petrol stations, see voucher’s

7. Swinton Cash back offer is valid for customers who obtained a quote and purchased a car insurance policy from www.swinton.co.uk between 1st
January 2013 and 31st May 2013 using the promotional code PMWTPR769.
8. A cheque in the name of the first name policy holder for £75 will be sent by Swinton to the address of the policy holder after 90 days of the policy
commencement date.
9. In order to be eligible for the Swinton cash back offer, the policy must be in force 90 days after the policy commencement date.
10. If the cash back is sent and the policy cancelled within 12 months of inception, Swinton has the right to deduct a proproionate amount of cash back
from any refund due, or recover the amount from you.
11. The Swinton cash back offer is not available to be used in conjunction with any other offer and Swinton may withdraw this offer at anytime.

14. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete the redemption form and send back to the address above including a copy of the receipt detailing the
tyres bought in store. All forms must be received by 16th April 2013. Forms received after this time will not be valid. Incomplete forms or forms with
no receipt will not be accepted.
15. No photocopied forms or illegible copies will be accepted.
16. The promoter aims to post out fuel vouchers within 28 working days of receipt of the redemption form, although this may take longer than 28 days
due to the promotion’s popularity. No liability can be accepted for lost items in the post. Please ensure any vouchers are used within the redemption
period, the promoter may not be held liable for the customer’s failure to use any vouchers within the redemption period.
